OUR MISSION

The Family Guidance & Outreach Center of Lubbock is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect and supporting, mentoring, and educating parents. Founded as a volunteer organization in 1981, the agency has grown to provide additional services to the community, including educational programs for parents, children, and teens. Our office is located in Lubbock, Texas, the home of Texas Tech University.

Lynnette Wilson
Executive Director
Ms. Wilson has been with the agency since its inception as a volunteer caseworker, fundraiser, and supporter/participant of all programs. Now, as Executive Director, she has oversight of all programs, staff, public relations, and budget management.

Monya Castle
Program Coordinator
Ms. Castle coordinates the Anger Wranglers and Dino-Might Tykes Anger Management Programs for children and the Shaken Baby Syndrome Education Program.

Brooke A. Garth
Administrative Coordinator / Assistant Coordinator, Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show
Ms. Garth coordinates the office and assists Ms. Hill-Rendon with coordinating the Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show.

Ami E. Hill
Event Coordinator, Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show
Ms. Hill, three-time volunteer chairperson of the Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show, brings her considerable experience and expertise to coordinating this event for the fourth year in a row.
