OUR MISSION

The Family Guidance & Outreach Center of Lubbock is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect and supporting, mentoring, and educating parents. Founded as a volunteer organization in 1981, the agency has grown to provide additional services to the community, including educational programs for parents, children, and teens. Our office is located in Lubbock, Texas, the home of Texas Tech University.

FAMILY GUIDANCE & OUTREACH CENTER STAFF

Lynnette Wilson
Executive Director
Ms. Wilson has been with the agency since its inception as a volunteer caseworker, fundraiser, and supporter/participant of all programs. Now, as Executive Director, she has oversight of all programs, staff, public relations, and budget management.

Brooke A. Garth
Administrative Coordinator / Assistant Coordinator, Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show
Ms. Garth coordinates the office and assists Ms. Hill-Rendon with coordinating the Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show.

Ami E. Hill-Rendon
Event Coordinator, Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show
Ms. Hill-Rendon, three-time volunteer chairperson of the Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show, brings her considerable experience and expertise to coordinating this event for the second year in a row.

Nicole Redman
Parenting Guidance Center Coordinator
Ms. Redman utilizes her excellent customer service skills to coordinate the Parenting Guidance Center.

Charlotte Davidson
Anger Wranglers Coordinator
Ms. Davidson coordinates the Anger Wranglers Anger Management Program for children ages 7-9.
